The confirmation said he had long hair which he didn’t so he stated he was going to drop the price down . When I went to pick up my dog, he added a $20 charge because he did an express service which I did not ask for he said he finished in One hour and went straight to grooming my dog without going to other dogs and it wasn’t an hour and a half. I had to pay an additional $20 for an express which I didn’t ask for. He asked me to come back in 90 minutes so I asked him to show me what’s in the policy that states that I have to pay if he does it faster than what he initially said the time would be He said it was in the policy, but when I got my receipt to $20 was not on there. And my dog had extra hair sticking up off his face so he didn’t do a full trim, and one of his nails were longer than the others. I will not be going back there and it wasn’t the fact of the $20. It’s just the lies that he told me and when the cashier asked me do I want to leave him a tip? I said absolutely not. Because he already tried to get the tip from me with a false $20 charge. I will be going back to the groomers on Yonkers Avenue where they are courteous and honest with their pricing and they did an excellent job
