  Met Brian, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right products for my two 8-year-old kitties. He also went above and beyond by offering guidance for my daughter’s pup, who is prone to bladder stones. Truly appreciated his time and expertise.

  I LOVED my groomer Mari. She listened to what I needed for my dog Venus (Throwback pomeranian) and listed out what she could do for me. Venus got ready for Christmas smelling fantastic and came out looking like a whole new dog! This is the first dog I've had that needs to see a groomer about twice a year! Mari also surprised me with an ornament and holiday card! I love the owner of Earthwise and have been in the store this past summer. Awesome place to find things you can't find at pet supplies plus. I also love that they have a self wash station. I have back and hip pain so doing it in the tub isn't always the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (Also love the transparency of prices on website!)

  Mari and the girls did such an excellent job. I inherited my new cat from a hoarders house so she definitely needed a thorough cleaning. I have no idea how they do it but my cat came out looking and smelling gorgeous. Also, The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Earth Wise!

  I first discovered EarthWise Pet back when I actually lived in Hamburg. Since then, I’ve moved about 40 minutes away… and yet, somehow, Earthwise is still my go-to. I now plan my errands like a chess match just so I can swing by when I’m on that side of Buffalo—because yes, it is absolutely worth it. This is a locally owned pet boutique where you don’t feel like a transaction—you feel like a regular, even if weeks go by between visits. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely attentive. There is one wonderful woman who helps me every single time I’m there (and Lord forgive me, I can never remember her name), but she consistently goes above and beyond—right down to carrying my haul out to the car for me. And trust me… it’s a haul. I rarely leave with fewer than six containers of Dogs Eat Rite raw food, plus goat’s milk, and usually a little Green Juju for good measure. Without her help, I’d be making multiple trips—or rethinking my life choices. They’ve special-ordered items for me before, listened carefully to what I’m looking for, and helped me choose what actually fits my dog’s needs (which, let’s be honest, are also my needs). The quality of products in this store is outstanding. And the treats—excuse me, cookies (as they are called in my house)—are next level. Chicken feet, duck hearts, and every imaginable dried organ, all enthusiastically approved and promptly inhaled by my very opinionated eater (aka “good girl”). Earthwise Pet is one of those rare places that makes you feel taken care of—both you and your pet. Even from 40 minutes away, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
