  Why is Dustin or anyone in that store not a member of management? I asked who the GM was and they don't have one? The crew yesterday was great. Helpful, actually greeted us . Thanked us. And they were upbeat. Promotion for that team is warranted.

  Employees are all friendly, but there is a clear lack of care for the reptiles in their care. The baby bearded dragons had dried up crunchy greens if any at all, and multiple of them looked in poor health. The chameleons are incredibly stressed out and kept trying to eat the plastic greenery. Basic husbandry needs are not being met here unfortunately.

  I have been starting to go to petco since I’ve been feeling disrespected for asking question's at other pet stores. Once I met Dalton the manager at petco in Greece I feel like I finally met someone who cares about the pet buying experience. I first wanted a tortoise and Dalton was very knowledgeable about them, on the breed temperament to what the favorite snacks are I felt I was very well informed and prepared to be a tortoise mama , it was a wonderful experience and he always answers questions I had after. I’m not from the area so I did go to another pet store in between and had a very bad expierence I regretted it, I reached out to Dalton about purchasing a betta fish I had done some research about. Dalton helped me pick out a lot of extras for my tank I hadn’t considered before and would help the quality of the water and the betta in my tank, I never felt like he was trying to sell me on anything just educating me on what’s best and he was so friendly and energetic and excited as I was that it makes it worth it to drive from my small town to go there. I would 100% recommend Dalton and Petco to all my friends .

  I love shopping in this store! Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly as soon as you enter the doors! Lainey always helps with getting crickets for our beardie and we love chatting with her about her knowledge of beardies! Alex is always so friendly and always willing to help you out! Sam is always cheerful and asks how you are doing while assisting you! There are so many more staff that make our experience so much easier and educational while feeling so welcomed and comfortable however I have not gotten their names….. but I will now 😊🫶
