I can find no finer veterinary office-all the staff are courteous & friendly and truly love the animals they care for.Dr. Adam S. Krawczyk always fully explains any care given & makes sure any questions or concerns are addressed—never a wait & never rushed—I totally trust Dr. Krawczyk’s judgement —an added bonus is my dog loves going for a visit!

This location used to be great when Dr. Chandler was still there because she’s an excellent vet with cats. However the technicians there just did NOT know how to deal with cats without her being there! I have had experienced twice that they scared the crap out of my skittish cat because they “burrito” her and took her out of my sight to give her vaccinations which I have repeatedly warned them that it’s better for me to hold my cat for the vaccination.
This week, the technician literally said she gave up , she couldn’t proceed with my cat because my cat was hissing at her in a separate room (out of my sight). Thats utmost unprofessional statement being a vet technician can say when your regular patient take her cat in for an appointment, repeatedly told you the owner needed to be there, but because you ignored her so you gave up?
Now that Dr. Chandler no longer works there, I would not go to this location anymore after this incident. Mind you - my 2 cats and I have been going to this location for 2 YEARS!!!

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I brought my cat to Bond Vet Garden City for a skin issue. From the beginning, the visit felt rushed and poorly handled. The veterinarian did not clearly explain a diagnostic plan and relied on a Wood’s lamp exam only after I asked for it, rather than proactively leading the examination.
I was repeatedly pushed toward expensive testing ($400+) without a clear explanation of necessity, even though this was a first visit. The focus felt more financial than medical.
The prescribed antibiotic (Clavamox) was changed mid-visit due to my cat’s size, resulting in two bottles instead of one, significantly increasing the cost. After completing the full course, my cat’s condition did not improve and actually worsened.
Communication was poor, professionalism was lacking, and the treatment plan ultimately failed. I left feeling unheard and taken advantage of rather than supported as a pet owner.
I would not recommend this clinic for dermatology cases, especially if you are seeking careful diagnostics and transparent medical decision-making

Our cat got very sick and because we recently moved into the community we didn't have a vet. After several calls to local vets who couldn't fit us in we found Bond Vet who scheduled a last-minute late-afternoon appointment. We were relieved when they took us right in and very impressed with Dr. Alvarez. She was thorough during her examination, and suggested a step-by-step approach to testing to avoid unnecessary discomfort to our cat and expense. The blood work confirmed her diagnosis, our pet received the medication he required and has been recovering comfortably. We plan to continue routine care for our cat with them going forward.
