  Great experience at this Petco. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. They took the time to guide us in choosing the right food for our dog and explained the options clearly based on his needs. They also helped us find high-quality treats — we ended up getting the freeze-dried liver treats, which was a great recommendation. Special thanks to Natalia for her excellent service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and had a great attitude throughout. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Definitely a place we’d come back to. Highly recommended 👍🐶

  Unpleasant experience when I took my kitten to be vaccinated. I approached the desk and the vet stood there texting on her phone. No greeting, no “how may I help you”, nothing as I stood there for several minutes. When it was time for the vaccination, the vet was unfriendly and clearly lacking of customer service skills. The other associates and cashiers were kind and helpful but I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Very disappointed in my visit and the new Petco rewards program. We always buy the 30+ lb bag of dog food, I went to pick up my free bag... turns out the bag that was suppose to be $71.99 (the sticker shelf price), rings up as $79.99, but the coupon for the free bag is only UP TO $64.00. There were no flavors of the brand we use, that are 30lbs, that cost $64.00 If I want paying attention, the store would have overcharged me by at least $8.00. The manager went back to check the sticker, and adjusted the price, but this cost me valuable time. Everyone else I know orders from Chewy and sings their praises. We think we're going to try them and hope it's a better experience! Not at all happy!!!!

  Was just there and bought 2 parakeets. Went to the front to ask for help cashier seemed like she didn’t want to help she went and got another associate to help me who definitely doesn’t like working there was very rude about having to get the birds out and wasn’t very friendly towards the animals didn’t get a good vibe from them. The cashier that checked me out was the nicest person I encountered there would definitely recommend retraining some of the staff on customer service

  I went to this location to get my dogs nails trimmed. My dog was received his shots at this same location at the beginning of the year. The representative told me that they had no record of him and gave me a toll free number to call. I asked for a Supervisor while I was on hold with the representative on the toll free line. I stated to the supervisor that this makes no sense next time I will go to petsmart. She responded you can go to petsmart right now. Matter of fact I’m banning you from this location. Shannon is the supervisor that banned me for being aggressive. When is someone starting that they will go to another company being aggressive. I did nothing aggressive to this lady she racially profiled me and called me Aggressive. I am reporting her to corporate how dare here. Shannon you need to be fired.
