They have the worse employee and the most horrendous customer service. Kaylon their manager should learn how to talk to and treat customers, it’s obvious she has had zero training on how to be a manager. The front desk is overwhelmed by everyone and everything. Just horrible.
I had a really frustrating experience today. I dropped off my cat at 10 AM and didn’t receive a single update all day. By 7 PM, I still had no idea what was going on. I was originally told to come back at 6 PM, but when I arrived, I was made to wait until 7 PM.
To make things worse, the doctor wasn’t available to speak with me or explain my cat’s condition. I was then told that if I wanted to talk to the doctor, I would have to wait another two hours, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, when I walked in, the receptionist was on the phone laughing and chatting and didn’t even acknowledge me or notice that I had entered. That kind of behavior, especially in a place where people are already worried about their pets, is very unprofessional.
As a pet owner, you expect communication, attentiveness, and respect for your time—especially when it comes to your animal’s health. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care.

The service was very poor. 👎👎👎👎The girl who attended to me in the room to verify my dog's information had a bad attitude, perhaps lacking any desire to work. It was clear she had no passion for working with animals. For the money these hospitals charge, I think they should provide a better experience for pet owners as well as our furry friends.
This has to be the worst location to service pets, I wish there were negative stars to rate this location. I brought my dog in yesterday for his comprehensive exam to find out someone book my appointment wrong. I left work an hour early to get my dog in for his appointment. Instead of fixing the issue, the front desk says in the system it was put down a different time. However, If someone from your company is emailing me a certain time and I get a confirmation, I'm going to go by that appointment. When I brought up the name who scheduled my appointment, the front desk staff had no clue who I was talking about and proceeds to tell me no one works here with that name. This location has to be a joke, you do not know who your staff is and now you are telling me someone who doesn't work here is booking my dog's appointment. Blame the system you want but once I have paper trail that has the staff's name under your location, I can care less what you have in your system. I did not get any text or phone call reminders about my appointment. At this point I didn't care what she had in the system. Then she proceeds to tell me If the client before you doesn't come in early, we will see you then. This does not happen because I am now being called an hour later but no clients came between the time I arrived to the time I was called in. I get told there was an emergency, I understand there are emergencies. However, as a courtesy the staff should be informing the clients in the waiting area there is an emergency going on and we will be with you shortly. The front desk take my dog's information and I had specifically told them he is on tick and flea heartworm medicine. Not once did I get ask do you need a refill or is there anything else you need? I finally get to bring my dog to the room; I hear a lot of laughter behind doors where the doctors are. The doctor comes in take my dog for his comprehensive exam and doesn't ask me about his medications but just says he's due for his vaccines. The assistant brings back my dog, and the doctor never came back in. At this point, I wanted to leave and never come back to this location. I will not be surprise if they call me again next month to tell me my dog's vaccination is overdue. This is not the first time I've had problems with this location. Other times, they have kept my dog when he went in for his dental cleaning at 7:30am until 6pm. My dog came home with so much anxiety and wasn't himself for a few days. Another time, I came in for his comprehensive exam in June and I get a phone call in July, your dog is overdue for his vaccination. I am now questioning you, why didn't you do it in June. This is your problem; you are the doctor. I am coming to you to take care of my dog and keep up with my dog's vaccinations. The doctor nor the staff know what to say to me, instead they kept pushing the assistant to talk to me. If you cannot do your job properly and care for my dog like any other pet you see, then you should look for another profession. Then the doctor prescribed the wrong medication for his heartworm. Instead of apologizing you ordered the wrong medication, they had the audacity to tell me the system wasn't working at that time. I have never posted a review on anything but any new clients that wants to bring your pet to this specific location, find another one. Don't bother wasting your time. I have read the reviews of this location and their response is to email them directly, which does not fix the problem at all. You best better believe I will be posting this on better business bureau.
