She knew exactly what to do, was so patient , knowledgeable and made sure my dog and myself were comfortable and understood all before leaving. This was my 4th vet visit in 1 month, and she fixed the problem in 5 mins. Entire staff working today was friendly and welcoming. So glad I made my appt with her. Thank you!

When I finally got to the desk I was told I was late and had to reschedule. The receptionist went back and forth with me about the late policy. I explained I was not late and that several people were in front of me. Which she knew, she saw me walk in and wait. I was told I had to reschedule. I chose to take my business elsewhere.
- KGKaia GianinoSep 12, 20251.0Horrendous customer service. Extraordinarily expensive memberships they claim cover all these extra tests, until you need them - then nothing is covered. Just now they said I needed a very expensive test outside of my membership, my mother just confirmed my dog already had this test two weeks ago. So they clearly don’t care about the animals that we would die for. My dog needs emergency care and we’ve had tests for weeks and nothing has improved. This is the urgent care of “pet hospitals” no one here cares about helping at all, and their customer service is horrendous. I watched as my mother called repeatedly and then saw the front desk LOWER THE VOLUME / SILENCE THE CALL. She had to call back to back to back just to update the information to my name. My family’s money has been wasted as my dog only gets worse with no answers. Oh and I’m writing this as we wait for help in the office (it’s been 30 minutes) Go anywhere else.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
