Animal enclosures were atrocious and unclean, and the source of the scent was the ferret enclosure. They have them on soiled paper bedding and there is feces smeared all over the glass. Guinea pig enclosure was absolutely disgusting, and so were the two conures. None of the animals had clean water. Go spend your money somewhere that cares about the welfare of the creatures in their store.

First let me tell you the cleanliness of this place is horrendous! I mean god awful! The stink from the fish tanks and Ferret cages was BAD! There was turtle tanks that were empty with very little water in them just left out lingering the odor. Cat litter bin where you can refill cat littler was all over the floor. I’d be embarrassed. I’ve always gone to petsmart and I’ll continue because that’s next level embarrassing to have a store stink like that!
