The practice manager "Sydney" has zero people skills when it comes to being professional or even just being kind regarding my pet's healthcare. I heard that now they're offering $25 visits just to get people in . Do yourself and your pets a favor and go to West hills. Even if it seems like a long distance to travel, it's well worth it. You get the best care 24/7

Due to a scheduling change, my dog was seen by Dr. Ashton instead of Dr. Sibley. The visit felt impersonal and lacked clear communication. The main issue arose when I reviewed the bill and noticed a significantly higher “second opinion” charge that had not been clearly explained. When I called to ask for clarification, the interaction with the practice manager, Sydney, was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing a reasonable billing question, I was told I was being “derogatory” and was informed that I was no longer welcome at the practice. Even more concerning, my mother—who relies on this office for her 16-year-old dog—was also told she could no longer come because she is associated with me. Refusing care over a simple billing question is deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about how this practice treats clients and their animals. We have since returned to West Hills Animal Hospital, where we received compassionate and professional care. I strongly recommend that others consider not just medical care, but also professionalism, communication, and billing transparency before choosing this practice.
