- TTTaraMar 1, 20263.0I've been taking my dog here for years and the vaccination services are affordable with convenient online appointment booking. Unfortunately, at the most recent appointment I received an email prescription for a brand of flea/tick and heartworm preventative that is not what I'd indicated my dog was maintained on both verbally at check in and on the registration form. Despite multiple attempts, it has been next to impossible to have this rectified even after reaching out to customer service. I've not been offered a reasonable option to correct this issue beyond being told to "come back in for another appointment to receive a new prescription" which seems illogical (as the prescription was emailed) and inconvenient.

They explained everything, including what’s best for her health and the spay process. I’d definitely come back for her next shots.

Young lady via texts responds ok at first 3 mins later says they close at 5… mean while i am unable to understand why they would schedule an appt at 4;45 knowing they close at 5. She responds my appt was at 4:45 not 5 I respectfully ask for her name and ofc then ghost! No response! The lack of unprofessionalism we see now a days is beyond me. Ridiculous is all I can say if you close at 5 dont make appts 15 before closing and hire people that know how to follow thru with proper conversation's
