Bobo see Alex for his haircut every 2 months and he gets more and more excited to see her, she have done an excellent job both with his cut and with his anxiety. This time he was happy to see her and when she came out with him when I picked up he stopped and said hi to another groomer and dog. He acted like he owned the place, he have changed so much with Alex’s help. Can strongly recommend this Petco in Jackson Heights.
- AHanthony hernandezJul 22, 20252.0it was okay i had my appointment canceled twice due to not having proof of vaccination certificate although i provided all the documents from the vet so that was new, also paid for and tipped the lady for a shed release package on my husky, i can still hear my dogs nails as she’s walking out the groomers office so barely anything done there and can also see my dog still shedding as i touched her. she was washed so nothing wrong there. she was brushed but not enough, i still have to brush my dog multiple times because of the shedding. Hope this doesn’t happen again definitely a first and last time.
