The girl with glasses and the lip piercing, I think her name is Adriadna, is so sweet, and she was so helpful during my transaction! Whenever I go she always seems so happy to be doing her job, she’s the best!

Please add self checkout registers 40 minutes in line to pay for something is ridiculous and totally unacceptable.!!! Only one cashier on computers that freeze and take forever to process a payment !!! You guys can do so much better

This is the worst Petco in the United States. Staff is incompetent and rude! They hire little teenagers that cannot count and feel they are entitled to touch customers phones to look up items without asking permission. I was told to go to another Petco if I didn’t like the service at Jackson Heights by this same representative the little teenage girl never listened when I told her my order was wrong and re charged me differently for the same items .. The lines are long and the store is dirty. Don’t purchase online and pick up at this location because they will say OUT OF STOCK but they really have a full display in the store!. They try to push items no one wants on you instead. This is third time this store has messed up an online order. If you want a little girl with dirty fingernails to touch your phone this is the place for you. Adults …take your business to CHEWY!

They have what you need, staff are really friendly, but the staff is just workers there. They didn’t let me buy fresh water fish because they saw me buying a new tank same day but then see me buying 4 Betta fish for a 5 gallon tank and say nothing, these fish are 1 per tank no matter the size. Now they are fighting about to kill each other and no way and I’m buying 3 more tanks lol. Really disappointing especially cuz I paid $20 per Betta fish. I was asking the fish guy questions with all 4 Betta in my cart and he really said nothing. Absurd. Down the toilet they go. Courtesy of Petco.
