Love coming here. Quick. Great customer service, especially the vets who cater to my kitty’s shots. Glad I found this place rather than traveling all the way to 14th st with my pet. This place is a life saver

Got up early on Saturday took our dog for training which was booked online. Walked in ask for the trainer and was lied to, when was told don’t do training. This was weird since we had training session about a year ago. Then he said rudely call customer service for refund. I said we had training before then he changed his tune and said we need to hire a trainer. Honestly sad they don’t care about the customers if you knew you needed to hire a trainer why didn’t you get in touch with those with appointments.

The store is very clean and has a decent amount of live acquirium fish and animals toys. The only reason I giving it a 4 stars cause most of the products are little too expensive. Overall customer service is okay, sometime it's get a busy but not enough employees to serve you, still need improvements

Been here a good amount of times and it’s never much of a good experience. Today specifically, the staff seem to be uninformed, causing rudeness. The petco site stated that pets (dogs or cats) wearing costumes are allowed a free snack/treat. Me and family brought our 2 kittens dressed up for the free treats. A bald staff member (dont remember their name) provided us one treat and stated they didn’t have anymore (which they did, and a BUNCH) We simply wondered if we can have 2, as there are 2 cats; a simple question mind you. He went on to say weird things saying that we are bound to come back and ask for more, that “you can give milk to cats and they will ask for more”. Said something about being ungrateful with a rude tone. In a sarcastic way he later said that we should be happy they are nice enough to do this and are the BEST PETCO IN THE WORLD. Me and my family were very confused where this attitude came from. I mean why work retail if you can’t handle? We didn’t nag nor had a tone. It’s a simple question and the site did state PET GET A FREE TREAT. I know well that if people brought dogs, he wouldn’t obligate them to share a small treat. It’s whatever, it’s always a bad experience at this petco.

Fraud !!! Be careful !! Took my pet for grooming last week , they offered happy during the day Happy hours pricing was very confusing - nail trimming $7 (regular price $12) - nail trimming and buffing $13 (regular price $18) I ended up got charged for $20 for trimming and buffing which was more expensive than regular price I asked the assistant , she explain that during the happy hours buffing and trimming were separated, and buffing only would cost $13 , nail trimming would be $7 ?!?! So what’s the point of the happy hours ? If these two were separated during the happy hours , you should be more honest by indicate clearly on your flyers that buffing only was $13. She told me to come in on the hours that is not happy hours because the happy hours would cost more !!! On your poster also shows trimming and buffing $13 though Scam
