Over years that we went to this practice, they never tried to accommodate our dog when she was sick and she always had to be treated elsewhere. They even charge you if you ask them send your prescriptions to an outside pharmacy. As a healthcare worker, I find their way of practicing deeply upsetting.

It's a serious, extremely competent place. Everyone is devoted to their work and very knowledgeable. Ignore people who say they found staff rude. They're not. Dr. Mendelsohn is a straightforward, no-nonsense doc. Same with the vet tech. Parking lot is limited but you can park on a side street.
