- RRR&T&EFeb 20, 20264.0This is one of the few petcos that carries some uncommon fish you wont't find at other petcos, which I can appreciate. That being said I do worry about the upkeep and health of the fish at this location. I noticed dead fish in several tanks, and one of the worst cases of ich I've seen in one other tank. I saw some rainbow fish that were being bullied and I had to buy them. I'm sure they would have been harassed to death otherwise. The aquatic section just seems to have dropped in standards/care from before. Hopefully the section is better taken care of again, as this is one of the better petcos in my opinion.

To my surprise when I got there i received an email saying my item was out of stock. I went down the aisle and not only did they have the item, it was fully stocked on the shelf! They wouldn’t process my online order and I had to pay cash for something I always use my petco credit card for. As a monthly customer and vital care member I am highly disappointed with this petco. I may have to reevaluate where I buy my cats food from now on. This was a horrible experience and a waste of my time

I had an 11:00am appointment and received a cancellation text at 8:20am because the groomer called out sick. Then at 10:17am, I received another text saying “See you soon for your 11am appointment,” so I went to the store. When I arrived, I was told the appointment was still canceled. The associate, Lucy, was unhelpful and made no effort to accommodate me despite the conflicting messages. She simply repeated that she was booked and offered no alternatives. When the manager came out, he also failed to resolve the issue. He said the next available appointment was days away and suggested another location but wouldn’t even call to confirm availability. I ended up having to make those arrangements myself. This entire experience showed poor communication, no accountability, and a lack of basic customer service. I won’t be returning to this location for grooming services.
