On several occasions I have purchased freeze dried chicken bites (cannot remember the name right now - orange and white bag) and every time the price is different. The tag on the shelf says 29.99 and I’ve been charged 33.99 and most recently the register rang up 30.99. The first time I told the clerk he said that a lot of prices on the shelves are not accurate and the second time the clerk changed the price to what the shelf says. I didn’t make a big deal out of it with either clerk because it’s not their fault but this issue needs to be corrected. I worked in retail for over 20 years and the store needs to honor the posted price. In the future I will insist that they honor the posted price or I will not shop there anymore. I will use Chewy moving forward.

The only thing I received were coupons for products close to expiring and by the way to cancel it was also a process. In conclusion, a business that steals just like everyone else, although at least the others tell you the truth. Without taking into account the terrible attitude and disposition that employees have, you have to look for things for yourself, they never know anything, neither where it is nor what it is.
