  I came in with a gift card and spent we’ll over that amount. I bought three items. The next day I went back to return one of the items and instead of getting a full refund to my debit card I was given A gift card and the original amount of the gift card I entered the store with The day before. Thus, none of my gift card was applied to my purchase on day one. This is going to be reported to the Attorney General’s office Of New York State. I believe at least part of my gift card on day one should’ve been Put towards that purchase with the majority of the refunded amount going back to my card. That did not happen. this is an unfair practice to the consumer and I will be reporting it if I had done two separate transactions I would’ve been refunded the full amount. I will say this, my first day there the sales associate was extreme helpful and accommodating. It’s your return practice that I am not happy about.

  I asked for help finding an item and an employee helped me right away. Also, when I cashed out the cashier was very nice and another employee helped me carry a heavy item to my car. They all were very nice and helpful.

  I have been a customer for many years, with having had and still have multiple animals, never having a problem with product, staff even grooming services. If I need something, customer service is right there and helps me get what I’m looking for. Service at the registers has also been a quick, easy and pleasant experience.

  All Petco’s around my area are terrible, but this location is particularly abysmal. The animals always appear sick and/or injured, and the enclosures are improper, dirty, and smell. The fish section is especially horrific. These pictures are only a few of the many dying/dead fish they sell on one occasion that I went there. They do not even attempt to train their employees regarding the proper medications/treatment options, and the fish are just left to suffer and die. The information that I overheard an employee/manager telling customers who were buying fish was appallingly incorrect and alarming; likely why all their fish are dead and dying. So much suffering and abuse in these places as a result of corporate rapaciousness. These chain pet stores need to be immediately shut down permanently. I am glad the public is starting to condemn these places for what they really are.

  I took my yorkie in for a bath and a trim around his face and paws. He freaking shaved his face, uneven at that. He did not do what I asked. That is my last visit there for a groom. You can't see all of it in the picture, but you can see where some of his hair is longer under his chin.
