Understandable my puppy is new to grooming but if the groomer did not feel comfortable grooming my dog, she could’ve called me to pick him up instead of charging a lot of money.

My puppy is 11 months old and has been groomed 4 times prior to this at a professional groomer. I was called bc they said my dog was matted, and wasn’t behaving. They would be unable to complete the grooming service. They sent him home looking terrible. His body, which was shaved very short was extremely choppy and uneven. His paws were not cut at all or his face or belly. He looks completely sad. His tail was shaved!!!!! His tail has never been cut let alone shaved! I have not doubt he misbehaved. That being said, he has been groomed before with beautiful results. (Grooming by Harry)I don’t think these people have the patience or the talent of real dog groomers. How they can send home a dog in this condition is cruel. Do NOT use HEATHER!!!!!
