I was very nervous because previously the only way to trim their nails was at the vet’s office, which left their nail tips rough and sharp—not to mention it’s overpriced for a 6-lb puppy. My groomer was a young woman named Kate. The first thing I noticed was her calming presence. When the pups started to get anxious, she gently placed her hand on their backs and reassured them that they were okay. They quickly calmed down, and she was able to trim and buff their nails without issue. I understand that every dog and every experience is different, but this experience made me feel confident and comfortable trusting her with my puppies. It’s obvious she genuinely loves what she does and understands anxious pets. She was amazing and I highly recommend her!

Their grooming requirements weren't clear, and the groomer did little to explain the policy and requirements for a simple nail trim. She was rude and condescending even when we showed her what she asked for. We went to a different location that explained things clearly, and we were able to get my puppys nails clipped without hassle. Overall, this location's services needs a lot more work and better care and consideration in understanding the needs of their customers.
