- TKTrish KlementowskiNov 17, 20251.0They up charged by $15 after the grooming was completed and said they had to charge for “supplies”, and another charge to use scissors. It was overpriced to begin with. I complained to the manager and she knocked $10 off. Still after all that my dogs fur was shaved so short you could see her skin underneath her fur and one ear was cut shorter than the other. Honestly, you can do so much better than this place without looking o too hard
- BPBrittany PayneNov 10, 20254.0My experience with Petco has always been a decent one. However, this time around my dog was with a new groomer as her old one had left. We were lucky enough to get placed with Leslie as our groomer. She specializes in Pomeranian breeds which automatically was a good sign for me. Upon getting there, my dog has always been anxious and I never thought too much of it as the prior groomers didn't say much about it. Leslie was concerned but also took her time to calm down my dog before taking her back and starting the grooming process. I loved to see that she cared enough to take a few extra minutes to make sure my baby was okay. Not only that, but Leslie was very informative when I came back to pick up my pup. She let me know some concerns that have never been mentioned prior (which I believe should have) and a few things that my pup didn't seem to be too happy about. She followed these concerns with suggestions moving forward. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that my pup has been going here for years and the lack of mentioning these concerns prior, annoys me. However, I do believe that Leslie deserves the five stars. She is a great groomer who pays attention, has empathy and concern and takes her time! Both my 13 year old lady and I are very happy with her work! Thank you, Leslie!

It was nothing like what the groomer described to me. The name on my receipt was Leslie and I was charged $110 for this half way done grooming. I have used petrol since my dog was a puppy and she will be 10 in Dec. Until everyone quit in the grooming.
