So I took their advice to nurse it and then to come back that following Sunday for a rescheduled appointment. Get a message on my phone about the groomer being sick and they can’t do it. Because apparently no other groomer can do it. So I called to reschedule again. And time available for my dog Toby is about a month later now? Are you kidding me? I have never written a negative review before. Had good experiences before but now that’s squandered. Never coming back.

Walked in at the scheduled time today and met Leslie. She was extremely rude with eye rolling when she couldn’t find the appointment. Continued to grunt, huff and puff while I explained that I called yesterday. Walked out. Hoping she’s just having a bad day and that’s not how she treats all human customers.
