If the manager is this bad at geography and lets their personal biases seep into how they run the store, why trust any of the services? Given that most of the recent reviews are about how gross or ill-managed the store is, there seems to be some merit here.

- ADAlandra DouglasNov 5, 20251.0I usually never have a problem coming in here but today I walked in to get feeder insects for my bearded dragon and as soon as I lifted a caterpillar container I was swarmed by fruit flies 🤢and there were maggots and maggot eggs all over the shelf. There were fruit flies and maggots also inside of the containers with the feeder insects (which appeared to be dead for some time). Does not appear to be well maintained. There were feeder insects inside of the mini fridges just below the shelf that appeared untouched but it just wasn't worth the risk. Hopefully this is remedied soon.

- JFJolene FosterOct 28, 20255.0Such nice people and customer assistance I was going to get a new hamster and the person who helped was so nice and the hamster I was interested in was actually one of her favorites, but she was so nice about it and said he was super sweet and friendly, she was telling the truth... This hamster is probably one of my favorites so far, I don't think I have ever had such a good experience at any other store!
