Somehow the delivery person was given or took the wrong order, delivered it to my house, took a picture, but when I stepped outside to get it, it wasn't there. I called Petco Customer Service, they said my order had been delivered, and to call the delivery person. I called the delivery person and she said she had been given(?) the wrong order, call the store. I called the store and was told my order was there, call the delivery service. Multiple phone calls to Petco, to DoorDash and as of right now I still do not have my product. What is the policy for handing items for delivery to the delivery person? Who checks to make sure that it is the correct order? Petco? The delivery person? I assume it would be both parties. What is the policy if the order is returned to the store? Why wasn't the correct order sent out for delivery when the wrong one was returned? Or at least why wasn't I contacted? Unfortunately yesterday was a busy day for me, that's why I took advantage of this service.
