My only complaint has nothing to do with the class itself, it's the setup. There should be a separate room large enough to accommodate the commands being taught, without the distraction of shoppers walking by with their pets. It's not an ideal situation, had I known the classes would be held in a location like that I would have probably booked with another facility.
