This store NEVER has any shopping carts nor baskets available to purchase large items or quantities. Whenever we complain about this to the employees, they just ignore us.

I went in expecting that I would be told all of the things my cat needed and, much to my surprise, I was told that there were things unnecessary for my Fur Baby. I appreciated not being pushed to spend money unnecessarily.

I had stop when his groomer left....and today I came back and today will be the LAST To have me sign a document of his services that yall will be doing without exactly reading it is crazy. The same paper ask about medical conditions and when I put he has epilepsy thats when it went down hill. This doc shouldve been prior to his appt, not the day of. And how are you a groomer and uncomfortable. Even said if it was in the files....but when i proceeded to say I could get his files you still said you uncomfortable. Its clear yall not real groomers. By the way it stinks in there. It needs to be cleaned. My baby deserves the best....I promise you, I will never come back here again. Wasted my cab fare and ruined the rest of the day
