- HRHector RMar 23, 20261.0Waited 3 weeks for my dogs grooming appointment to then get a call the day of saying it’s cancelled because the groomer isn’t coming in which is fine things happen but I am then told the next available appointment is another 3 weeks from now. If you cancel my appointment the right thing to do is try to reschedule me the same week, not another 3 weeks later after already waiting 3 weeks for the first appointment.

All this because she didn't want to groom a pup, tells me because he's missing his last booster she wouldn't do his grooming. Blew smoke up saying these are ny regulations.
