  My Natural Pet is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood! I’d been in a few times, but recently went in to purchase some low phosphorous food for my cat who was recently diagnosed with chronic kidney failure. He doesn’t always eat his prescription food. The lovely owner took a lot of time with me to go over options, share her experiences and gave me very good suggestions. I left feeling great about my purchases and feeling hopeful! This place is now my go-to! It’s also a beautifully arranged place and they hold adoption events. Well done and good luck!

  I am always pleased with the service and variety of the items available at this store for small animals as well as dogs and cats. My daughter’s beloved hamsters Harvey and Harriett dance with joy every time I bring them home a bag of treats from My Natural Pet. I purchased their cages and all of their other supplies there as well. The options are many, the store is clean, and the prices are competitive.

  I was stoked when this store opened. When we walked in, we were greeted by the owner and her husband who are so nice. She walked us around the store pointing out the best food for our dog who has allergies. Then we found out they offer grooming which is hard to find in the neighborhood. The groomer is FANTASTIC. i cannot say enough about how nice, friendly, and knowledgable she is. One of my dogs is 13, so he's been to lots of groomers, but he's never had such a great cut. When we were able to get an appointment after the quarantine, we were amazed at what an amazing job she did. She bathed him twice. She is absolutely the best groomer I've ever encountered. We moved to Williamsburg in December, but still take the dogs back to Bay Ridge because the service is just that good. The staff is so nice- we always get a friendly reminder call the day before the appointment. What i like most about this store is they remember us- I feel welcomed and appreciated when i go in there. It's a great experience all around, and i hope people will support local small businesses instead of big chains- especially now.

  I went in to get some food for my dog. The store is amazing. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. The service is awesome. You got to go there and see it for yourself.
