I've had a wonderful experience with the Vetco Vaccination Clinic at this location over multiple visits. It's become my favorite Vetco, where I almost always take all 7 of my cats to them for routine vaccinations. I really appreciate the doctor, assistant, and receptionist at this location. They are professional, welcoming, and always take the time to patiently explain everything whenever we have questions. I recently had an amazing experience on 10/19/2025 when I brought my cats to this Vetco location. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the assistant, Daniel, and Dr. Michelle Davis were both VERY VERY highly skilled and professional. They handled everything from calming my cats and performing gentle procedures to drawing blood and administering treatment. When we expressed concern that one of my cats might scratch due to nervousness, they immediately used the 'burrito technique,' wrapping her securely in a towel to keep her safe and calm. I really appreciate all there work for my cats. Although my cats were limping on one leg after the blood draw and vaccination, we continued to take care of them closely for 24–48 hours to see what's going on. However, I'm still very happy because all of my cats received their vaccinations at the appropriate age, and overall, everything went smoothly with the second dose. Previously, we had a bad experience at another Vetco when we took three of my 5-month-old cats for their first round of vaccinations. It left us feeling uneasy and afraid to return. My sister insisted that I should switch to this location because it felt safer, with a private room for vaccinations, so we wouldn’t have to worry about losing control of my cats if they got nervous and started scratching. We had already had a good impression from my past visits here, and after thinking it over, I finally decided to make the switch. Now, I truly appreciate that I made the right decision. Overall, I love this Vetco location the most. Every time I think about vaccinations for my cats, I'll book an appointment here right away. This is my favorite location for all my lovely cats.

1st Time taking my puppy for a vet visit and this appointment was a total disappointment. Me and my pup were put in a room and left alone for 20 minutes awaiting the vet or a nurse, for routine shots. I understand having a busy day at the vet. So I’m waiting and waiting just to be told I have to leave the room because I was “5 minutes over the grace period”. Totally unacceptable. My pup who is only 1 and full of energy was ready to go and so was I. Walked right out. DONT GO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. A friend has recommended the gateway location.

A bit of a wait but not unreasonable. I appreciated the gentle approach to my cat and willingness to answer the questions we had.
