Pretty much begged them because puppy cried all night in pain and they said they would see him for $150 fee. These people are not concerned with your pets well being more like money hungry. Sad and disappointed.

When we left I received a call from the vet telling me ( you left with out paying) I told her no I didn't I paid she cabe out saying how you paid we don’t have record of it. The way she spoke to me was very rude and because of that I rather take my services somewhere else.

Customer service is a huge part of trusting a place with your pets, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. - HMheather messinaSep 19, 20255.0Every single person I’ve encountered at this vetco from Susanna at the front desk to Nia the assistant and Dr Zaky have been nothing but supper helpful, understanding, thorough and kind. Having a sick older dog and being nervous everytime I set foot in a vet office or hospital, all those fears stripped away with the kindness and understanding from the staff. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for further appointments!
