I never got a call to pick up my dog so 7 hours later I went back on my own to find my puppy was shaved bald! They said my dog was matted which is a lie because they would have told me so from the beginning. I never got a call to tell me she was matted or even a call to ask permission to shave her. This was a disaster! My dog did not look good at all. She looks horrible! I am so disappointed. Then, they tried to make me pay for services I did not ask for! I do not recommend their grooming services to anyone! Please take heed!
