This location in Brooklyn is one of the most kindest and friendliest that I’ve ever been too. They’re constantly updating and striving to meet goals and you can tell. Customer service is top notch and they build great rapport with their clients. They are normally well stocked and the animals are very healthy and friendly with great dispositions. They are handled well, with care, and the staff often has animals of their own, so they understand empathy and are very knowledgeable of both human and animal care. That’s more important in today’s world and it’s a privilege to see how Petco is honouring that relationship and bond while upgrading as the world turns. Thank you all at this location for being a light in the neighborhood. It’s well received and we appreciate you for all you do for us and our furry families.
