    IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A 5 MIN NAIL TRIM THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Traveled 30+ min to the store for a walk in nail trim for my dog. à la carte trim services cannot be booked — it’s only a walk in service according to the website. At grooming services there was one dog that was being tended to. It was not busy at all. On a Friday at 12:50PM. Another worker comes from the back after I waited a few minutes to ask me if I have an appointment and when I say I’m there for a walk in nail trim she says I can see but “probably not.” She goes to the back to ask another available worker if they can and she tells me no there’s no availability. She says they can do it later at like 4PM even though i arrived and asked for the service before 1PM. 3 HRS? At least 3+ workers and only one dog on site. Is it really that crazy to do a 5MIN service?? Ive never had this problem here before and have gotten the nail trim service during busier hours. On top of that, I was also going to purchase a specific Food brand there but it was out of stock… so this petco was a waste of my time. I’m a vital care premiere member but I’m “probably not” going to return to petco and gonna support local instead.

    Petco does not honor the online prices in-store — even though it’s the same company and same products. The store prices are significantly inflated, and the staff refuses to make price adjustments when shown the lower Petco.com listing. Tip: Save yourself the frustration — order online for in-store pickup instead. You’ll get the real advertised price, skip the attitude, and avoid paying more than you should.

    I'm not too happy and today I returned a rain jacket that I bought a month ago. It was never worn not even once because my minature poodle grew faster than i expected. The cashier Aaron who said he was also a manger said that he didn't see it on my receipt based on my phone number. He also at first didn't see the booties i bought just yesterday i was returning and then he did. Suddenly it appeared! This made me feel like there was a glitch in their system. While he returned the paws booties he said he could not return the jacket because i had no receipt and it was not tracking anything with my phone number. I have been a customer here a long time and surprised they could not exchange it for me. Things are so expensive. The jacket is new and him and the other young girl who also said she was a manager who knows me said she would not return it and their was not any show of my purchase. I have no faith in their system tracking receipts because my purchase was not there so they say! Hold on to your paper receipts.
