    If you are planning on getting your dog groomed by Katherine. DO NOT ALLOW. My dog is always good with her groomers mainly woman. Katherine is straight rude and got an attitude when you speak to her. My dog DID NOT like her and she didn’t cut her hair correctly and offered that we pay up more for less kettle time when no other groomer had to offer us that. Next time I walk in and she giving off that same energy ima say something. Remember we in east New York not Williamsburg or manhattan.

    Or no visit 8th I bought a loach clown in a African cichlid for my tank notice the clown was acting erratically so I separated the clown two days later that clown passed away I placed it in a sandwich bag and Frozen it in the freezer and bought it back to the store and asked can I replace it with another they said no these clowns are under evaluation now my tank and my African cichlids have ich I am so heartbroken to see My African Cichlids go through that I'm treating them now hopefully they make it through costing me so much time and money I'm praying

    I just want to praise the nice lady who was at the register, she was running two cash registers at the same time!! she kept her cool and did better than i would under so much pressure! rating is so low because one who i assume is manager was just standing there, literally a few feet away from the register. I have worked retail before and i have been through similar situations and i know very well this man could have helped her, but he stood idle making conversation with other customers. Needs better management to help their employees not feel overwhelmed, and end up running two registers at the same time.

    I would rated 0 stars if I could. Never book dogs here for grooming. They have one who steals and another who gives attitude to both pet parents and clients. I had a groomer steal a grooming blade because hers was broken and she didn’t want to spend money on another one. I would just not bring your pets here for grooming since they leave your dogs in the kennel dryer and they sit on their phones or sneak out to go to other stores to shop.

    I’m a frequent visitor for the fish dept. No matter what time I go, I have to wait for someone to assist. There are not many staff members on the floor that I can visibly see. The fish are usually pretty stocked. I have witnessed some dead fish stuck in the filter or some laying on the gravel. Seeing this deters me from buying fish from those specific tanks, given that i wouldn’t know the cause of death that could possibly be contagious to other fish. The product availability seems limited too. I can’t find certain products like seachem stress guard or stability, which I then have to order through Amazon . The staff are always extremely friendly and always help with a positive attitude. The check out process can be long as sometimes there would be one register open.
