Katarina was very rude and had a condescending tone when talking to my sister, let i have been there and that tone would’ve been redirected IMMEDIATELY! $126 for a half done job and his nails were STILL long? i couldve went to my local groomer for a better job. I can see this particular groomer has similar complaints and similar rating so the best thing is to keep her behind the register and not behind some scissors.
