W.Nov 14, 20251.0We had been regulars at this vet until we learned of their terrible practices around appointments/walk-ins: they often have no "availability" for several days if you try to schedule an appointment (of any kind), but if you just walk in off the street (as the receptionist advised) they can miraculously fit you in, but for $100 extra ($200+ total for the exam). I rarely write reviews but I am completely disgusted by such a practice--it cheats their customers at the expense of their pet's health. They should be ashamed.

Dr. Kim was thorough and kind; I was given recommendations and suggestions without being pushed and all my questions were answered. Also, the place is super clean! I'll definitely trust them with my pet's care❤️
- DADrew ArnumNov 4, 20251.0Brought my dog in for routine vaccinations. First the vet tech told me that I'm under-feeding my dog. Then the vet came in and told me that she's too fat and I'm over-feeding her, and attempted to sell me prescription dog food. Then he tried to tell me that I need to spend between $1,500 and $5,000 to have her teeth cleaned. They didn't even recommend trying home care before resorting to putting a senior dog under anesthesia. They're scam artists trying to prey on anxiety and owners' love of their pets. Word of advice, if you're going to try to scam pet owners, coordinate what you're telling them - how can a dog be underweight and overweight at the same time? In addition to the vet pushing prescription dog food and unnecessary surgery, and the business has sent me several emails pushing pet insurance since. It's all a gambit. These vets definitely work on comission. Beware!

May, was very caring , knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Kim showed genuine compassion, truly cared about my dog, and was very straightforward. He knew exactly what he was talking about and made me feel extremely confident both during and after the visit. What I appreciated most is that he didn’t try to recommend unnecessary treatments or products just to make money. He explained what was happening and if I needed or didn’t need anything further, unlike many other vets who give a laundry list of things your pet doesn’t need. He only recommends what’s truly necessary. I left feeling reassured and grateful. I recommend Dr. Kim and I’m extremely happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back — this is officially my pet’s new vet home! 🐶 💚
