  I had an appointment for my dog at 1pm today at the cortelyou road, ditmas park location. It was raining, there were snow/ice pile remnants, as well as the haddad mega movie vans taking up MANY spaces on Cortelyou road and coney island ave which is 1 block from the vet. I parked my car blocking a driveway in front of the vet at 1pm and went inside to explain I'm here for my dog's 1pm appointment but am having trouble finding parking and will return when I find a spot; all the employee at the front desk, marie, said was that she'll inform the tech. I returned at exactly at 1:15pm and marie informed me that my dog can't be seen since it's past the 15 minute grace period (this is exactly 1:15pm). I told her I won't pay this. Marie said my dog CAN be seen but as a walk-in, subject to $30 walk-in fee. This is not kind vet care. In addition, Marie did not mention to me when I came in at 1pm that I had a 15 minute grace period. So I'm late and my dog could not be seen but if I paid $30, yes, lo and behold, they will open their mercenary arms and give my dog his booster. AND for the first vaccination a three weeks ago, they took him in another room to do this; I've visited many vets over the course of 18 years as a dog owner but never had my dog taken to another room for a vaccine - questionable. I asked to speak to a manager named Liz who reiterated the same sad policy. I was irate over this nonsense and all she could do was offer empty meaningless apologies. Cut the customers some slack in a dense neighborhood like ditmas park on a rainy day, lefover snow and mega movie vans. My dog's booster would have take all of 5 minutes and could have been done, finished and over with. DON'T visit this vet - their greed is thinly disguised.

  An amazing place! 🥹❤️ we have been looking for a clinic/vet that would be our go to place. until now we have kind of been going to two different places and i didn’t like that. And then we found bondvet❤️ Very nice staff! we loved everyone! fair prices considering everything. My cat is like my daughter so its important to me that i take her to a place and people i trust (and trust me i dont trust a lot 🤣). So when i saw that everyone here actually loved animals and cared for them that was it for me!🥹❤️❤️🙏🏻 Look how curious she is 😊 and the second pic is right after we got home 🤣❤️ i think she was satisfied🤣❤️

  I can’t recommend this place after a bad experience with my two pets in a worrisome situation. It is expensive, staff is insensitive and vet seemed inexperienced and distracted. I did not feel like they cared about my pets.

  Avoid this place at all costs. Brought my cat in bc he lost his voice and had a cough. Immediately, they jumped to the conclusion that it was almost certainly an incurable underlining condition - hyper thyroid, kidney disease, or cancer. They were going to charge us $1000+ for a single X-ray, which by their own admission would have had a tiny chance of giving us any useful info. Felt rushed to make a decision and ill informed, but ultimately decided to pass and take him to a better equipped veterinarian. There he got the correct diagnosis, a cold, and the full cost of the visit including multiple meds cost less than the exam at Bond. All the staff are perfectly friendly, I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt that this is a corporate level problem with Bond. It felt like they wanted to get us out of there as quickly as possible. It’s so important to have a vet that can spend time with you and your pet, not rush you out the door, and help you make an informed decision. A wait and see approach can be so much more valuable when appropriate than jumping to the most expensive conclusion to prioritize maximizing profit.
