Bond Vet — Clinton Hill offers primary and urgent care to the dogs and cats of Clinton Hill. Our modern and friendly vet clinic is at the corner of Myrtle and Grand, open every day from 10am to 8pm. We pioneered the concept of urgent care, so we can be your primary care vet for wellness exams and vaccinations, but we’re also here for you to provide timely medical care for a wound, a rash, diarrhea, coughing, injury, behavioral changes, limping or any other non-life-threatening symptoms and “uh-oh moments.” We started Bond Vet to bring veterinary medicine into the modern world, and it’s our priority to make it easy and convenient to get great vet care, when you desire an appointment after work, on weekends or during your lunch break. Our highly trained and collaborative veterinary team handles a wide range of cases, ranging from primary care (wellness visits, vaccinations, spay/neuter, dental cleaning, mass removal) to more timely or unique cases, like specialty orthopedic surgeries, cryptorchid neuters, and conjunctivitis. In short, Bond Vet is here to be your one-stop-shop vet. Our mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care, because we know pets and people haven’t always enjoyed vet visits. But it doesn’t have to be that way. At Bond, you can book several ways — book online, call, or walk in, and we’ll usually be able to see you that day or next-day. Once you’re here, you and your pet will feel comfortable in our friendly and welcoming clinic, thanks to natural light, comfortable furniture, complimentary treats, toys, books and hydration stations. During your visit, our compassionate, thorough team is completely dedicated to providing best-in-class veterinary care to your pet, treating them as their own. Thanks to the proprietary technology that powers our clinics, you enjoy a seamless experience — medical records are easily accessible, and it’s easy to connect with our vets via chat, telehealth, and same-day booking. Lastly, we know price matters — we’re upfront when it comes to pet care costs, and we offer several paths forward, along with pricing for diagnostics or next steps, and we won’t pressure you into more tests or treatments than you’re comfortable doing (and we’ll save you time by helping you file pet insurance claims). Bond Vet is a new kind of veterinary experience that’s better for pets and their people, and we’re excited to meet and treat you. Come by for primary or urgent care at Bond Vet - Clinton Hill is located at 524 Myrtle in Brooklyn. Book online, call us or walk in. bondvet.com

I’ve had cats my whole life growing up with my family, but I am a first-time kitten mom now living on my own for the first time. So when I just adopted these two kittens, and after two weeks, one of them developed an infection and he was sneezing and had his eyes watering, I started absolutely panicking because I’d never seen that before. Bond Vet took our sweet Turnip in the same day, and Dr. Ashley, Bri, and Heidi were so incredibly kind and knowledgeable and helped so tremendously to put our minds at ease. When Turnip wasn’t responding well to his first meds, they took him in again and adjusted accordingly. They made him (and us lol) feel so comfortable which is exactly what you want when your baby is sick. Turnip is now feeling so much better! Thank you Bond Vet team ❤️

Staff, Vet Assistants, and Vets have all been amazing here! I cannot say enough about their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to you and your pets. Highly recommended. Pricing is a bit high, but not crazy (just moved here from another state, so to be expected).

Phenomenal Experience at Bond Vet-Clinton Hill this afternoon! Heidi was exceptional at the front desk and worked to make a last minute appointment possible! The nurses- Brigitte, Christina, Julianna and Bri were all amazing! Dr. Nancy Ashley cares deeply about her feline patients and was super calm and helpful for my anxious kitty! We even got to meet her personal pup, Whiskey! Thanks so much for a smooth, timely and informative appointment! We recommend Bond Vet to everyone! Thanks from Barbo Leche! <3

I took my cat here for xray. Doctor seemed competent and caring .. they wanted to add
a bunch of extra charges that I had to question and go through one by one to understand and remove — this was very frustrating — even after that I ended up paying $800+ only for xray process
The care itself was good, but the overall experience felt more like dealing with a business than a clinic focused on the animals
Later, I needed a prescription, and when I called, the lady told me I had to pick it up in person. Then, I received a message saying they could actually send it through Chewy — completely contradictory information.
They are trying to be flexible and accommodate for faster communication; but inconsistency and disorganized communication really slows it down
Also their ai call agent says it’s only 3-5 mins of wait time but I consistently wait for 30+ minutes…. This makes it unreliable

My 5-year old cat Louis had been going to Bond Vet since I adopted him 2 years ago. Our previous experiences at the Lower East Side location had been good before we moved to Brooklyn, however a recent experience at this location has prompted me to write this review as a cautionary tale.
Louis has FLUTD and was having an episode after we moved this summer. I brought him in and he was treated with Gabapentin, and his symptoms resolved. However, a couple weeks later he showed a decrease in appetite and vomited once. I decided to bring him in to be safe. I explained his history to the vet, and they decided to run repeat urinalysis as well as a blood test.
Three days later, Bond Vet EMAILED me saying they suspected my 5-year old cat had Chronic Kidney Disease or even CANCER. They could not even be bothered to call me! I was devastated and insisted the vet call me, and on the phone she contradicted several things that were in the email dump they sent me. I was scared and confused, and thats after dumping thousands of dollars in testing and visits into this vet.
I decided to get a second opinion. After bringing him to another vet for a check up and a follow up, they are not concerned about Chronic Kidney Disease at this time and his levels look fine. He's switched food brands and added in a fish oil supplement and is absolutely thriving. I cannot believe the anxiety and stress Bond Vet put me through over this ordeal (and the thousands of dollars I've spent here), but I'm just thankful my cat is happy and healthy now.
