This place should receive no stars. Linda who claimed she was a supervisor was micro aggressive and extremely patronizing! All she had to do was renew my cat’s prescription card for food he needs for the rest of his life due to a previous UTI. I only ever have an issue at THIS location. If shes a supervisor, why did she then have to consult with someone else to address the issue. I bet if I were a distressed woman of a different race she would have renewed it without a problem. I absolutely hate this location. I left in tears because my cat could not get the food he needed. I know she wont be fired. But she shoulf be!

Do yourself and your pet a favor and avoid this place. They have no sense of urgency. The vet Dr. Martinez does not follow up and there no continuity of care. My pet had been seen by multiple providers and it was clear that none of them reviewed previous records. They become very unhappy when you share your concerns. I was given a copy of my pets records with information that had never been discussed with me. The clinic manager Dominique is also unhelpful in resolving and addressing concerns. Infact so told me to take my very sick pet elsewhere and Dr. Martinez refused to meet with me after I paid for testing that was never explained or discussed with me. Terrible service!

If I could give it no stars I would. #2249 Brooklyn is the location I started with. However, since joining in February I am very disappointed they do not take walk in. What you may think is an emergency for your pet is not to them. I have emailed them pictures of what was wrong with my pet they said they would get back to me but never did. Today I reached out and was told they will review the picture and get back to me before close of day and no call back. The plans are just get our money because of i have a plan why should I have to go somewhere else and spend money when I'm paying for a plan every month. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME GOING TO BANFIELD!!! You have to go to different locations if you can luck up with an available appointment. They need to be investigated by the better business bureau ASAP. Our pets could be died under their care. They do not care. No call backs, no appointments, long line when you do go I am sorry I take my pet there when its time to renew I will not be renewing. BANFIELD are crooks. They need more vet doctors and staff. I shouldn't have to go to another brought when I reside in Brooklyn.
Today Nov. 6, after the review, corrective action was made but am not going to change the review because I shouldn't have to write a review like I did for such a established company. I hope BANFIELD listen to all the negative reviews and understand where we as pet parents are coming from. Thanks for the corrective action.

I came here because of their drop-off service, but the overall experience has been nothing but disappointment. This place seems extremely understaffed and the app is useless. The online schedule is NEVER accurate and I constantly get calls to reschedule (usually one or two weeks later than what shows on their app). It’s horrible when your pet is sick because how hard it is to schedule. As a lot of people mentioned, sometimes they schedule you for 8:30 but the store isn’t even open until 9! When you call, it’s common to be put on hold for 5-10 mins. Some staff is nice but some seems extremely unhappy because how busy they are. Banfield, you need to hire more staff for this location!!
The doctors are fine so far, but as my dog gets older and needs more care, I definitely need to change to a real vet.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
