About

VeterinarianAnimal HospitalEmergency Veterinarian ServiceVeterinary Pharmacy
Bond Vet — WIlliamsburg is a modern and friendly veterinary clinic in Brooklyn, at the corner of Driggs Ave and N. 4th. We offer walk-in and urgent care services — that means anything that requires timely medical attention, be it a wound, a rash, diarrhea, coughing, behavioral changes, limping or other non-life-threatening symptoms. We also offer primary care, such as wellness visits, vaccinations, spay/neuter, dental cleaning, mass removal and specialty orthopedic surgeries. In short, we can be your all-in-one vet. Our mission at Bond Vet is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — because we know cats, dogs and pet parents haven’t always enjoyed trips to the vet, and we think that shouldn’t be the case. First, you can book online, call us, or just walk in. Second, our clinics are friendly and welcoming, with warm lighting, dog treat bars, comfy furniture, toys and hydration stations. Third, our team is compassionate, caring, and completely dedicated to providing best-in-class medical care to your pet. Fourth, our in-house tech team has developed a suite of tools to make medical records easily accessible and to make it easy to connect with our vet team, via chat, telehealth or our 24/7 BondAid helpline. Fifth, we’re big on transparency — we know price is a major factor when it comes to caring for your pet, and we will always offer several paths forward, along with pricing for any diagnostics or next steps. Our team will never pressure you into more tests and treatments than you’re comfortable with, you won’t be surprised by a bill, and we’ll help you file pet insurance claims to save you time. We’re creating a new kind of vet experience that works better for the pets and the people, and we think you’ll enjoy our approach — come on by for routine or urgent care. I had an extremely upsetting experience at Bond Vet Williamsburg and feel the need to share it so others are aware. First, the pricing was incredibly high, and there were no payment plan options offered at all. I was already in a stressful situation with my dog, Knuckles, who is my emotional support animal, and instead of working with me or offering any flexibility, they made it feel completely transactional and unaffordable. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication and compassion. I tried reaching out multiple times, expressing my situation and asking for help to get my dog back. Instead of working with me or even showing basic understanding, they did nothing to assist—and ultimately gave him away to someone else. That was devastating. At no point did they try to understand how important Knuckles is to me or how emotionally distressing this situation was. There was no effort to explain options clearly, no empathy, and no consideration for how their actions would impact me. This experience felt careless and deeply insensitive. In a place where you expect care and support during vulnerable moments, I instead felt dismissed and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects transparency, compassion, or any level of flexibility in difficult situations. I feel so bad on how this world is turning to be may God be with us all . 1 Timothy 6:10, which warns that craving money causes people to wander from faith and experience deep sorrow. Money is viewed as a neutral tool, while greed is the destructive force. I love you Knuckles & I miss you for ever ! They will take advantage of you !

My Dog, well my son name is Milo. We have been coming to Bond Vet since I’ve rescued him and now going on Year 4. The service and way they treat and care for Milo is exceptional. They remind you when time for wellness visits, vaccinations 💉. If there’s an issue or a problem they’re able to fix it without any issues. And they run pretty great specials which helps with payments because let’s face it we are living in a tough economy. But we love ❤️ Bond Vet Williamsburg and we’ll be back in October. Thank You 🙏🏾

Horrible experience and this isn’t the first time. I’ve been going here for the past 4 years, almost 5. This was my first vet when moving to New York for my cat Lily. For TWO years, never any issues whatsoever. In 2023 i had a horrible experience with an aggressive vet tech who has now flagged my cat as “aggressive” and she is now obligated to take gabapentin. She’s never ever had to take it prior. But okay. I did what I was told this time around as well. I purchased gabapentin in 2025. I gave it to my cat TWO HOURS as always instructed prior to our appointment. Lily does tend to fight through the affects of the medication and the choice of dosage, is on the medical staff, not me. I did not appreciate first off the doctor NOT knocking before entering. She also came in so hot and accused me of not giving my cat gabapentin because it was not stated in their records. That is not my fault nor problem. To sit there as a customer and be told you’re lying, is insane. My roommate also watched me give it to her, so I was so close to calling her and putting her on speaker phone for the doctor to hear as well as send over a photo of the bottle. Things got worse. Now the tech in the room with us was very kind, gentle and understanding. I cannot say the same for this doctor. She asked me 3 separate times if I gave me cat gabapentin. Now why would I lie for a service I am paying for at an establishment I’ve come to for almost 5 years. What good would it do me to lie about giving my cat medication? She also berated me on not having a hard case since it’s “easier” for them to get the cat out. I’ve had this case for the past 5 years of coming here and NOW it’s a problem? Also are YOU going to pay for the new hard case? No? Okay then. Please do your job. Thirdly, she tries to take my cat out by tipping the carrier and Lily hisses. She does not bite, she does not scratch, she just says hey I’m uncomfortable and that was an indication that the doctor could not do her job. She then told me the exam and shots would not be happening that day and to come back and they will give my cat a higher dosage of gabapentin. So you not only wasted my only day off because I too work an intense schedule, but i traveled to the location and I was expecting a service and you folks are so unprofessional you were unable to do it. I worked in a vet clinic in my early years. Whenever a cat was a little rough, they’d take them to the back and multiple vet techs would work together to do the shots and exam. None of that was even thought or offered. Just flat out, not my problem, come back. I obviously was upset, so upset the doctor left the room? She NEVER CAME BACK. She never spoke to me again, she never explained anything. Unbelievably the most unprofessional vet I’ve ever met. The tech in the room had to speak to me about what was happening next. They did send in a tech, Xavier, and I want to stress he was the most professional individual at that establishment. He spoke to me and went through everything to answer questions. He took vitals from my cat and he reassured me as someone who also has cats they do fight through the gabapentin and this is normal. He’s the only one I can say I had a positive review with. The other tech was kind too and as was the front desk staff. But due to the insane unprofessionalism from this vet, my time at bond vet has come to an end. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Not only are they OVERPRICED but i don’t know who the heck they’re hiring.

We had such an easy time today at the vet for my two kittens’ first annual checkup. Everyone was in great spirits and they were very thorough with my list of questions and thoughts. Super careful and caring with my cats. Always love how aesthetic and clean everything is at Bond Vet in Williamsburg.

Dr. Giffords, thank you so much for the care and attention you gave Freddie today. I know we arrived without an appointment, and I truly appreciate you making the time to see us. Your clear communication, calm reassurance, and obvious expertise meant more than I can say during a stressful moment. It was incredibly comforting to feel understood and confident that Freddie was in such capable hands. I’m very grateful for your kindness and dedication — thank you again.
