  Let me start by saying I was extremely nervous bringing my little Zsa Zsa in for her appointment at Bond Vet – Cobble Hill. That anxiety disappeared the moment I walked in. Lexy greeted me with such calm and reassurance that I immediately felt like my dog was in the right hands. Dr. Mackey handled the dental surgery and was outstanding; very thorough, communicative, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, from the procedure itself to what I should expect moving forward, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. She even came out and spoke to me personally. That is 5 stars alone. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Robert, who truly brought the whole experience home. He was incredible at checkout; professional, patient, and incredibly kind. He walked me through the costs clearly, answered every single question without hesitation, and made sure I left feeling informed and supported. Robert is the kind of person who turns a good experience into a great one. Overall, the entire team made a nerve-wracking day feel manageable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care they gave both me and Zsa Zsa.

  I had a wonderful experience at Bond Vet. The entire team was incredibly kind and attentive to my cat, Parker, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. A special shout-out to Robert at the front desk he was professional, welcoming, and made the check-in and out process seamless. It’s clear the staff here truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

  I love Bond Vet; more importantly, my dog loves Bond Vet. The staff there is wonderful. Robert at the front desk gets us check in and quickly checked out. All the vet techs are so capable and friendly. Phoebe is in for a lot of nurse appointments, and they never disappoint. I feel like they love Phoebe as much as I do. I know she’s in good hands with Dr. Kaufman; she always gives me honest information. I respect her opinion so much.

  My first time going to Bond Vet for my dog, who had been suffering from what looked like an ear infection, and I was honestly pretty nervous. But the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. The entire staff was friendly, introduced themselves, and were very attentive to my dog, Cuba. I really appreciated how understanding they were when I mentioned I had a budget—they truly worked with me and made me feel supported instead of stressed. I’m so thankful for their kindness and care. They did a great job treating my dog while respecting my financial situation. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning in a heartbeat!

  Bond Vet saved our cat’s life. Seriously. We took our cat to a different clinic in the area after some strange behavior. They insisted she was ok and that they did some routine things to be safe. After a few hours our cat was clearly in distress and we took them back to the same clinic where they rushed us in and out after an abscess burst. We were still not satisfied with the care and rushed her to bond where she was seen by Dr.Lucy Howard. The thoroughness of the care our cat received afterwards cannot be understated. She walked us through her entire care process with us in the room, allowed us to stay and try to comfort our cat, and took us through all of the steps for proper care to allow the wound to actually heal. It was a tough adventure, but I truly regret not bringing our cat to bond in the first place after we saw the difference in care. Thank you so much Dr. Howard!
