    I always come here regularly and spend more than $100 monthly on my pet stuff. But one time I came with my brother who was carrying a large bag to fit all of the cat food I was getting . by the way I have four cats and I told him to meet me in the back, but once he came in there was this Indian American looking lady who was in employee there . She was accusing my brother of stealing, even though he has never stolen there before he asked to see the proof and footage that she allegedly had and she just dismissed it and said she she’d call the cops. I felt very violated. Because I’m very loyal to the store and this is how we get treated through false accusations.

    I was a bit discombobulated when I arrived because I couldn’t find parking and was rushing to get back to work. To make matters worse, I accidentally left my phone and my dog’s immunization records in the car. Despite all of that, the staff was kind enough to accommodate me earlier than my scheduled appointment and saw us at 1:00 PM, which I truly appreciated. There was some confusion with my daughter registering my dog, so they initially couldn’t find her in the system. Even so, they still allowed my dog to receive her immunizations, which I’m grateful for. My only concern was that my dog’s name, Missy, was entered incorrectly as “Messy” in her records. I found that a bit off-putting and had to call back to have it corrected. I’m not sure if it was a simple mistake or due to the hectic situation, but it did feel unnecessary. Aside from that, the store was clean, including the bathroom, and most of the staff was pleasant and understanding. There was one individual who seemed less empathetic and gave me a look that felt judgmental rather than supportive, which was disappointing—especially since everyone has stressful moments. Overall, aside from that one interaction and the name error, the experience was positive, and I appreciate the staff who showed patience and flexibility.

    Warning 🚨🚨🚨Do not go to this place, bad service, and the manager is very very unprofessional and very rude, they never have what you need, I called and email corporate many times nothing done, Dont waste your time there

    We usually visit the store on Central Ave in Scarsdale & Hartdale but today we went to the one on Broadway on w 237 street. They must have been out of stock on courtesy from the employees up to the store manager. I questioned her as to why we were not receiving our 10% discount, " it expired. We are members, yes they do expired but she didn't even try looking it up. We had to show her they expire March 2026, "oh" with an attitude as if we were bothering her. She started hitting the screen and said "its not going through " and sighed THIS IS WHY I GO OUT OF THE BOROUGHS. Stay away from this store.

    I was there today holding a 6 gallon tank with 2 bags of sand, plants lights and food. I suddenly had to use the rest room so I ent there. I went to the men's bathroom and waited. A woman came out of the mwns bathroom who was the manager and told me I couldn't use it when I really had to go. She di not allow me to go. She lied and said I bombarded her. I had to use the bathroom at a bar around the corner. People like this should never be in charge. I will never purchase from a petrol anywhere again.
