My dog is fully vaccinated, but they refused service because the vaccine paper didn’t list the expiration dates, even though we called the vet and confirmed everything on the spot. Annoying, but whatever — I get that they have rules. What really bothered me was the attitude at the front desk. Before even checking the paperwork properly, the employee immediately suggested the vaccines “might not be accurate” simply because they came from a breeder. That comment was unnecessary and very unprofessional. The issue wasn’t the vaccines at all — it was just a missing expiration date, which could’ve easily been explained without the condescending tone. I wasn’t expecting special treatment, just basic respect and clear communication. This experience left a bad impression, and I won’t be returning to this location.
