I assumed that it would have been the same vets from two weeks prior however this team was not warm and welcoming as the prior vets . They were were gentle towards our puppy whereas the femal vet was unnecessarily rough and plunged that syringe into our puppy so hard that the entire store heard him yelp. I wanted too snatch that aggressive ,unprofessionalism , bad attitude right out of her. For that reason his last visit with the vet at petco is on 12/13/2025 and that will be my last time stepping foot in there. I have been a long standing customer at petco.

All very courteous Tried to offer youngman at register a few bucks to get a soda in appreciation. He refused due to company policy so I qent next door and brought in 6 hot cocos.
