I still do not understand why this had to happen. When I came to pick him up I was told there was no one available to manage him on a tiny shelf to have his nails cut. I DID NOT ASK ANYONE TO CUT HIS NAILS. THAT WAS AN OPTION PROVIDED AS A PERK BY PETCO. I BROUGHT IN MY DOG FOR A SHAMPOO TO EASE HIS ITCHING. Unable to cut his nails, the team decided he could not be bathed. A total non sequitur. So my dog was locked away in a CAGE for three hours due to the physical inabilities of your staff and their stupidity. I intend to go online with these comments.
