The cashier was really not nice, and actually appeared pleased to give me a hard time on the exchange of an item I had purchased just 5 minutes before. But once I asked for the manager, he took care of everything & I left the store pleased. I wish I had both of their names so I could be more specific on who was helpful, and who wasn't.

However the people who work in the store have no control over ordering merchandise. The store no longer carries one of the types of cat food I used to buy. Now I have to buy them on-line. Also, I wanted to buy a few cans of another type of cat food to see if my cat liked it. I couldn't buy it because I had to buy a whole case of it. Big Corporate makes the buying discissions. They should take advice from their sales associates who actually talk to the customers to find out what sells.
