Our groomer, Dominique, was amazing. She is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. One of our Huskies hates getting his nails trimmed, and she somehow knew the magic touch to get it done. Our other Husky is very high-energy, and she handled her with total ease. The vans are immaculate and beautifully set up inside, making the pups comfortable while they’re being pampered. I truly can’t say enough about how happy we are—and the puppies even got doggie cookies when they were done!

What is included in the grooming cost?
Our grooming service is comprehensive, covering all aspects except for matt removal. Each full groom includes a soothing bath with premium natural shampoos, a conditioning treatment, and a blueberry facial to remove stains. We then hand-dry your pet, followed by either a haircut to your specifications or our specialized 5-step deshedding treatment. The service is completed with nail trimming and filing, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning, including hair removal if necessary.
What if my dog is matted?
For minor matting in small areas like the tail or ears, we'll attempt gentle removal using specialized products and tools for an additional $15 per area, provided the matts aren't too close to the skin. In cases of severe matting over larger body areas, shaving is often the most humane and least stressful option. We prioritize your dog's comfort and well-being, so we don't offer full dematting services. Rest assured, we'll always consult with you before proceeding with any shaving due to matting.
How does the appointment work?
You'll receive a text message when we're en route from our previous appointment. Upon arrival at your home, we'll send another text. Please note, we require a level surface for parking. If your driveway isn't suitable, we may need to park on the street. Once we're set up, please bring your pet to our mobile salon where we can discuss any specific requests. Our state-of-the-art mobile grooming van is fully equipped with a 50-gallon heated water supply and climate control for your pet's comfort. We generate our own power, so there's no need to connect to your home. For anxious pets or owners, we'll provide updates via text and photo during the grooming process. Once finished, we'll notify you and return your freshly groomed pet.
Cancellation policy
We understand that unexpected events can necessitate appointment cancellations. We kindly request 48 hours' notice to allow us to fill the vacant slot. For the first cancellation, there's no charge. However, subsequent cancellations will incur a full appointment fee. To help you remember, we'll send an automated reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
