Had to bring my cat in the middle of the night as his mouth was bleeding. I was seen right away and they pulled a bad tooth and got him on antibiotics and on the road to recovery. Fast, competent and didn’t charged a very reasonable price! Chance thanks you 😸

This place is truly horrific in every way possible. Most importantly let's start with the medical staff; From cardiology, neurology, general vet, even the techs. All of them are both cold hearted and incompetent in their own regard. They will insist and yes you repeatedly that your beloved family member is in little to no risk, and then when they bring back your pet deceased, they will say basic callous statements like "we are not gods" and then, without a ounce of bedside manner, your pet will be withheld until you pay, furthering the trauma from them Handing you your pet in a box. They truly do not care about you or your sick companion, you are just another pay check. The front endstaff could not be more rude including attitudes, non helpful comments, being typically very short. Separate note for the techs smoking cigarettes around and touching your pet, just awful. We are scarred for life from the experiences here, please I urge you to really consider other options and make a better informed decision, but nearly anywhere should be better than here. These monsters should be shut down ASAP. I do not say these words lightly

Dr. Schabbing, the cardiologist is a horrible Dr. He does not know how to read an echocardiogram. He diagnosed my dog with mitral valve disease. Turns out, my dog does not have heart disease at all. He has a benign heart murmur After seeing another cardiologist at VCMLI, there is absolutely no heart disease. I worried for 4 months, gave this doctor a ton of money and spent a fortune on heart supplements. Also, he never, ever returns phone calls and is rarely in the office. Please save yourself heartache and money, and do not see Dr. Schabbing!!! The absolute worst!

This place is definitely a struggle to deal with. I've had to have an ongoing relationship with them and their service has declined dramatically. Every time I place an order to renew my cat's prescription, there's always a problem. I've been going there for years and renewing my cat's prescription every six months, but just two weeks ago they finally told me that I have to have an exam for the cat every year. When did that start?? I hadn't been there since 2022 with my cat. The staff at the desk is rude and condescending. I'm specifically working with the dermatologist's assistant who doesn't let me finish my sentence, talks over me and then tells me that they're going to report the conversation to the vet. Dr. WW seems okay but it's the hassle and confusion with the office staff that ruins the experience.

Horrible experience. We brought our puppy there who was in a lot of pain and have been injured on a Wednesday afternoon. We sat in the waiting room for over three hours with only two dogs in front of us. One of them actually left because they were tired of waiting so long. Meanwhile, we watched Pizza’s bringing brought in for the workers. They were just chitchatting walking around and there was only one to two of the same animals in the same examination rooms for the entire three hours we were there. We just left in disgust before we even saw a doctor. Go anywhere but there if you need to take care of your animal.
