I called other vets that have it but the experience left me frustrated as they wanted my cats records to purchase. I called Petco, Gina answered and it was such an amazing experience. I got my pets prescription and went to Petco. I got to meet Gina and was greeted with the most wonderful customer service. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. She went above and beyond to help me and she saved the day for my kitties. Best customer service ever!!

It’s clear that Dr. Bove truly loves what she does, and her dedication shines through in the care she provides.
