  YESTERDAY I WENT IN TO PICK UP AN ORDER AND I SAW THROUGH THE WINDOW A WOMEN WAS GROOMING A DOG BETWEEN 11am-1pm IF ONE OF YOU TOOK TOUR DOG IN FOR GROOMING THAT TIME THE DOG WAS BEING MISTREATED. THE LADY WAS BEING AGGRESSIVE AND HITTING THE DOG.

  Ahora me tocó devolver mi ave lamentablemente ella no se adaptó en nuestra casa(picoteaba mucho a mi hija medio miedo cuando la atacó por el ojo ) !! Me dijeron que tenía que hablar con la Manager y ella muy amablemente me dijo que estaba bien y que esperaba que encontrara una cariñosa , cosa que me pareció excelente de parte de ella ya que eh visitado otros petcos y con la mentira que tienen que contar con la disque Manager nunca me resuelven nada porque nunca está ..

  Usually in life you can see a genuine person that shows empathy and love for a animal but the manager of this store had none of the above, when i tried to exchange cat food for somethinv else my cat can eat because she only had a few days of life left and had no teeth at 20 years young ,, but the manager flat out refused to exchange anything , well my precious girl passed away days ago and i still have the box of the food he wouldnt exchange , i will donate it to the pantry maybe it will help for anothee cat owner .

  No further discussions are necessary. My dog had a tag on his collar that showed he was vaccinated as I told the girl. This wasn’t good enough!! Very unprofessional, a waste of my time!!!!

  I went to the bay shore location to get my two cats microchipped and the guy at the front told me the cats need to be in separate carriers. I told him i wasn’t aware that was a rule since I helped my dad few years ago to get his 2 cats microchipped at Petcos Syosset location in one carrier and the staff was fine with it. The guy did check me in and warned me that the staff might decline doing the service due to the carrier which I understand; however throughout the whole intake process he was still giving me an attitude about the whole carrier thing regarding the cats weight and I was getting irritated by it because i already told him I understand. Then after that there were other patients arriving checking in and I saw a customer that was carrying his dog with no leash on it (only a collar) and the guy didn’t give him a problem about it at all. I was very offput by it since he was giving me a problem about the carrier, but not with the guy about the leash. I search through my email to confirm the rules on carriers and leashes and found out that they both applied to cats and dogs under the quotes “dogs must be on leashes and cats must be in carriers.” However I find the carriers rule misleading since it’s can be read as a general thing and interpreted differently to people rather than specifying to have cats in separate carriers. But regardless it doesn’t give him the right to be nasty at someone who wasn’t aware of the rule vs enabling someone to not following the rules. I will never come back and don’t recommend anyone to go.
