  The store manager is absolutely rude with hickeys all over her neck. And the customer service sucks. The one male handling the reptiles was super nice and helpful. The rest was a horrible experience.

  Hannah was very helpful and explaining to us the two different fish tanks and helped us get the right one for the fish that we will need and explain everything to us. She was very helpful.

  Our St Bernard stopped eating the food she’d eaten for 3years petco allowed us to return the product and credited our account with the purchase of an alternate brand hopefully she’ll like it.

  Hello, my name is Rose. I came to the store today really excited to get some fish for my new tank that I just bought from you guys about a week ago. I have it all set up the water has been sitting and has absolutely zero fog, I have rocks, a couple real moss plants as well as one fake plant. It has a bubbler as well as a brand new light that I bought at your store the same day I bought the tank. When I went in today all I currently had in that tank was a couple ghost shrimp I politely asked one of the workers if we could have help in the fish area. She asked me what tank I had and what the set up was which I understand you don’t want to sell any animal to anyone that will mistreat it. So I tried to explain that the first tank is a 10 gallon tank with a goldfish in it, and before I could even say what fish I wanted she cut me off and said I can not have any other fish with a goldfish other than another goldfish and walked away. It was beyond rude, disrespectful, and not ok to do as an employee. So I then tried to go to another employee and asked for help because again she didn’t even let me explain I had a completely empty and brand new tank perfectly set up. But when I asked she came walking back over told her coworker she was not selling fish to me so I explained to her I had an empty tank with nothing but ghost shrimp in it and asked if I could have a little baby gold fish that was all by itself for it and she told me no again cause my tank was to small. The picture of the tank is the tank I bought and was empty. Because she was rude we chose to put everything we had away and went to country max and buy everything we needed there. Including a very healthy and beautiful betta for my tank (that’s not half dead in a tiny cup at your store) I’d give 0 stars if I could. i don’t know the employees name but she was a tall skinny girl with dark hair tattoos and facial piercings, she is the only employee that I have ever had be rude to me and I have been going to this pet store for years!

  I most of the time don't really trust these big box stores but I am surprised by this one. I come here for aquarium supplies, and I'm pretty happy with the selection. The woman(forgive me for forgetting your name) there running the aquarium section is very knowledgeable and friendly, I can tell that she actually has an interest in the aquarium hobby. They sell out of certain fish often it seems like. Tanks are well kept and clean. Fish are healthy. My only gripe is there's no submersed plants available (emergered lab grown plants tank longer to establish). Also if you are interested in betas, they aren't all dead here!
