This was our first and last time here. The front staff were super sweet. The older vet tech didn’t seem very friendly and too excited with her job. The worst was we paid to get our puppies ears tested for infection. The vet didn’t say a word about it. I had to ask and then she LIED and said his ears were fine. We get a call much after we left stating he had a double ear infection. This is ridiculous that this place cares for animals!

Nice, friendly staff. Almost every time we come for an appointment, we get forgotten about in the waiting room. We have to remind them that we’re still here.

Ive been going to this Banfield for years. Trying to give them grace. Last visit was the last straw for me. I just don’t understand why be in a profession where you’re scared of certain breeds. No patience, and just waste of time and money. I can’t depend on this location/doctors to give my dog the treatments she needs. This isn’t the first or only vet my dog has went to. So I know the difference between someone scared or not wanting to go through the hassle of getting stuff done Vs someone that isn’t scared and is adamant to getting the job done and trying every which way instead of giving up. I have a cat and dog that EVERYTIME I go in there they wanna turn them away for any minor inconvenience. I’m sorry but is this not your job ? I was a dog groomer and I’ve had dogs bite me left and right. Did that stop me from restraining and getting the job done ? No. Granted my dog has never bit them. They’ve tried to avoid that in many ways by muzzling and using an e collar. My dog is just scared of them because these are strangers but the way they handled themselves was not a in a way I even trusted what they were doing. There’s no way a scared dog and a scared doctor and a practitioner can mix. Do better not for yourself but to give these dogs a good place to go to when they need something as small as a “comprehension exam”.
