Buffy had her vaccination yesterday, and Dr. Mahler was so gentle, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. You can tell she genuinely cares for animals—Buffy was calm the entire time (which is saying a lot for a cat at the vet!). We completely trust her with Buffy’s care and feel lucky to have found such a compassionate and skilled veterinarian. Highly recommend!

Didn't nearly appreciate how I was “barked” at as I poked my head around the corner of where we were asked to wait, my desire to BRIEFLY determine how the procedure worked cut short the very moment I began to look. Nor did I appreciate the response that I received as I inquired “Why no chairs for those of us, unable to stand for long periods”? The singular response being “that’s up to the store”. Finally, didn’t appreciate just how aggressive, combative one of them was with me regarding the poor shape of my dogs teeth. Refusing to hear me, effectively talking past my statement, “I have my reasons not to get his teeth cleaned”. Finally, I found the cost to not be “competitive” vs. my vet. More so considering the cost at our local SPCA. Grateful, that I got him vaxed. Not nearly the rest of the overall experience. Adding, sure would have made the situation a much less “Boy was coming here a mistake” had a one of them simply SMILED.
