I get several reminders via text. 3 hours prior to appointment I get a phone call telling me the only way I can keep my 1 pm appointment is to add an additional package to my pet’s groom. These packages start at $25. I was told they can’t adjust their schedules unless I pay more.!?! Makes zero sense and I’ll just take my dog to a non-corporate groomer. Petco just lost all my business for life. I’m a mom to 3 dogs and 1 cat.

She did a wonderful job and he got all the special treatments. Danni was Amazing with him. He will be back next month for a spa day with Danni.
