- KBKatherine B3 days ago1.0Every time I bring my dogs I am pressured to add services. Fine - I get it's a business. However at my last visit, they changed the services I booked WITHOUT asking or even mentioning it. They changed the service to a more expensive one. It's like they hoped I wouldn't notice before I signed!! When I asked why they changed the services (and the overall cost) without my consent, the groomer was rude, defensive, and did not apologize. I did speak to the manager who apologized and said it was a "miscommunication". Sure. This is just not an honest way to conduct business. Done being judged and treated like scum for just wanting the basic package that I booked. It's expensive enough as it is. I will never go back.

They handled her experience incredibly poorly. My dog was already nervous, which I wrote in my notes and told her when I showed up. Instead of being calm with my dog, this woman cornered her, made me walk away, then proceeded to say that my dog tried to bite her after she tried to touch her butt while she was backed into a corner. After all of this, she proceeded to act like a child with severe anxiety. This was so unprofessional and frustrating. If you work with dogs you need to know what the hell you are doing! This groomer deserves 0 stars. I’m very angry and disappointed in the treatment of my dog.
