    I took my dog here for surgery. They were able to get her in a lot faster than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Hamilton was wonderful! She was so kind and sweet to my dog and my family. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I went in worried about my dog and left knowing my dog was in good hands.

    New to Banfield just got off the phone with the receptionist named Sammie unsure why she has attitude. This is second time I have spoken to her I will dress this issue with the Doctor. Also one of my family members use to go to this location and now they attend the other location due to her rudeness. When you are at the front desk you are the face of the company. I use to work at a Doctor's office and working front desk you create a first impression and lasting impression.

    Terrible communication. Back in October, i had an appointment for my dog. I called AND confirmed with them. I go to take my dog in and they were closed. I recived no email, call, text, nothing to inform me about that sudden cancelation and drove there for nothing. Couple months pass, they call me to schedule her appointment, i take her in, gave them my mom's phone number to call for pick up because i had work, five hours pass, no update. I call then three times and was put on hold. I was waiting on call for nearly 20 minutes just for the lady to tell me my dog was ready to go. Why didnt i receive a call? Why didn't my mom receive a call? How long was my dog ready? I had to hang up before i lost my temper on the lady and called my mom MYSELF WHILE AT WORK to pick up my baby.

    I love this place, I have been going here for 12 years. My pups have gone from puppyhood to senior living and I have no complaints. I understand what I pay for with my wellness plan. I communicate with my vets, Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Thomas. Allison the clinic manager has been nothing but helpful and supportive.Rachel is typically at the front desk and has always been helpful. I can’t thank the staff enough really. We lost one of our fur babies this year and the constant communication and just checking in with us on how we were and sadness because they too lost a patient they loved as well. I think most reviews that crap on the clinic are people that don’t understand basic pet care and responsibility sometimes. Asking questions is important for you as the owner of your pet. If you don’t understand what you’re paying for then don’t agree to the procedures.
